The history of Gianni Carità e Figli Spa began in 1834, when Vincenzo Carità, Gianni’s great-grandfather opened his first goldsmith store in the heart of Naples.
When he was only 30 years old, he managed to establish himself in taste and mastery of jewelry making at the Bourbon court by creating a splendid necklace for Maria Theresa of Austria, wife of Ferdinand II.
Soon Vincenzo Carità’s workshop became the most coveted training center for many young people. Since then a Vincenzo and a Giovanni have followed until the present day where we find Gianni Carità at the head of the company since 1969, who has passed on style, elegance and refinement to the creations that bear his name.

From the old Borgo Orefici in Naples in 1996, Gianni Carità e Figli SpA moved its entire business inside the goldsmith center ” IL TARì” in Marcianise, in the province of Caserta, of which Gianni Carità has been a founding partner and president for more than 20 years.
Today at the helm of the company is Cavaliere del Lavoro Gianni Carità and his three sons, the fifth generation Vincenzo, Giancarlo and Pierpaolo, who represent its two souls, the exquisitely traditional and the innovative that meet the changing tastes and needs of the market. This duplicity also emerges in the jewelry creations, which combine the taste of traditional craftsmanship and that of the contemporary in a sophisticated way, thanks to the use of the most advanced processing techniques.
